How much does couch or sofa cleaning cost?
Upholstery is priced per piece: loveseat $125, sofa $149, sectional $249. Chairs, ottomans, recliners and headboards are quoted on request. Final pricing depends on fabric type, which we test before starting — our fabric code guide explains what W, S, WS and X mean.
How long does carpet take to dry?
Typically 2 to 4 hours for both carpet and upholstery. We use truck-mounted extraction with strong vacuum recovery, so far less moisture is left behind than with rental machines. More detail in our guide on how long carpet cleaning takes.
What cleaning method do you use?
Truck-mounted hot water extraction — often called steam cleaning. Heated water and cleaning solution are injected into the pile, then flushed out along with the dissolved soil by a powerful vacuum. Can you remove pet urine and odour?
In most cases, yes. We use enzyme treatments that break down the urine salts causing the smell, rather than masking it. We will always be honest about the limit: when urine has soaked through into the padding or subfloor, cleaning the carpet alone will not fully solve it, and we will tell you if padding replacement is the real fix.
