He was very professional and focused on his work.  He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. I asked him to clean one small area again when he finished all the rooms; he didn’t hesitate to do it. It’s a spot at the foot of a recliner on a 20 year old carpet, and he got it cleaner than expected in the first attempt. It was even better after the second pass. He also made sure to ask if I’d like to inspect all areas to ensure they were cleaned to my satisfaction, which they all were.  He politely explained that an invoice would be sent via text, to be followed by this rating/survey request. I am very happy to complete this for both Xavier and Xtreme Cleans. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, including arrival time expectations. We will 100% use Xtreme Cleans again for any services they offer that we need. Do you clean leather sofas or couches?

No. We do not currently clean leather furniture. Our process is designed for synthetic upholstery — polyester, microfiber, nylon, olefin, and synthetic blends. Leather requires specialist conditioning that our extraction method is not suited for.

What upholstery fabrics do you clean?

How much does sofa cleaning cost in Maryland?

How long does upholstery cleaning take to dry?

Most synthetic upholstery dries in 2–4 hours. We use low-moisture extraction to minimize drying time. Heavily soiled pieces like sectionals may take up to 6 hours in Maryland's high-humidity conditions.
