A cleaning family, not a franchise
Xtreme Cleans LLC was founded in 2014 and has been family-owned every day since. Our founder, Lee Hughes, grew up in the cleaning industry and brings more than 20 years of personal experience in the trade to a company that is younger than his career.
That distinction matters to us, so we’ll say it plainly: the business is a decade old; the hands running it have been doing this work for over twenty years.
Being family-owned changes the incentives. There’s no regional manager measuring how many jobs a technician can rush through in a day. Our technicians are hired directly, background-checked and trained in-house — and when something isn’t right, you talk to the people whose name is on the van.
We don’t lock customers into long contracts. We’d rather earn the next visit.
