What does carpet cleaning cover in Woodbine?

Xtreme Cleans carpet cleaning in Woodbine is a 4-step hot water extraction service for wall-to-wall carpet and stairs: an inspection, pre-treatment worked in by brush, truck-mounted extraction, and a finish of grooming, deodorizer and air movers.

The process is often called steam cleaning, though the work is done by hot water and suction. Solution is pushed into the pile and pulled back out in the same pass, carrying the loosened soil with it, while the machine itself stays in the van outside.

Walk the rooms first: fiber type, traffic lanes, spots and any pet damage.
Pre-spray the soil and scrub it loose with a counter-rotating brush.
Rinse and recover with the truck-mounted extractor; only the hoses come indoors.
Set the pile, deodorize and place air movers so the carpet dries quickly.

Most carpet cleaned in Woodbine is in single-family homes and townhomes dating from the 1970s–2000s: bedrooms, family rooms and stairs laid wall to wall. Cleaning products are Green Seal GS-37 certified, an outside standard covering toxicity and volatile organic compounds. Nylon, polyester, olefin and berber loop are cleaned in one visit, and the hot water extraction method is explained step by step.

How much does carpet cleaning cost in Woodbine?

Xtreme Cleans charges $199 for 3 areas of carpet in Woodbine. Pre-treatment, brush agitation, truck-mounted extraction, deodorizer and air-mover drying are in that price, while stairs and pet-urine treatment are quoted separately in writing before work starts.

Job	Price
3 areas (pre-treatment, brush scrub, extraction, deodorizer, drying)	$199
1–2 areas, or 5 or more areas	Written quote
Stairs	Per flight, quoted
Pet-urine treatment	Quoted separately
Loveseat · sofa · sectional, same visit	$125 · $149 · $249

Pet-urine spots are treated with Bio Release, a Bridgepoint Systems digester that combines enzymes and bacteria; it is quoted separately rather than folded into the $199. No deposit is taken when you book.

The quote is built from the number of areas, never from square footage. A sofa or sectional can be added at the per-piece rates on upholstery cleaning in Woodbine; the full carpet cleaning price breakdown explains the rest.

How long does carpet cleaning take to dry in Woodbine?

Carpet cleaned by Xtreme Cleans in Woodbine is dry in 2 to 4 hours. The truck-mounted unit pulls most of the rinse water back out in the same pass; rental and portable machines typically leave carpet damp for 6 to 12 hours.

The crew is typically on site for 1 to 2 hours on a 3-area job, longer for more areas or heavier soil; the arrival itself is booked as a time window. Maryland humidity is the main thing that stretches drying, and central air or a couple of fans offsets it, as set out in carpet drying in a Maryland summer. The water a rental machine leaves behind is the subject of which cleans better, professional or rental.

Method, price and drying are covered. What follows is where Woodbine sits in the service area, why people book, and how the booking works.

Do you cover Woodbine?

Yes. Woodbine (ZIP 21765) is inside the Xtreme Cleans service area in Howard County, roughly 16 straight-line miles west of the Owings Mills base. Crews travel there on the same terms and at the same price as everywhere else served.

Woodbine is in Howard County, ZIP 21765.
Housing: mostly single-family homes and townhomes, largely from the 1970s–2000s.

Howard County is covered in full; its county page names all 17 communities served. Neighboring towns with a page of their own:

Every county and town served is listed on carpet cleaning in Maryland.

Why do Maryland homeowners in Woodbine book carpet cleaning?

Four triggers bring most Woodbine bookings: darkened traffic lanes, pets, allergies and a move in or out. The Carpet and Rug Institute sets the professional cleaning interval at 12 to 18 months, and busy or pet homes need it sooner.

In single-family homes and townhomes built in the 1970s–2000s, the stairs and the route from the front door usually show wear first. Maryland's seasons add to it: spring pollen settles into the pile, summer humidity keeps it damp, and winter road salt comes in on shoes.

Xtreme Cleans has been family-run since 2014, carries a $4M ERIE insurance policy and has cleaned 900+ buildings. Customers have left 700+ five-star reviews across Google, Facebook, Yelp and Nextdoor, and Google alone shows 4.9 from 357 reviews. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Xavier arrived at the beginning of the stated time window and went to work right away. He was very professional and focused on his work. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. I asked him to clean one small area again when he finished all the rooms; he didn’t hesitate to do it. It’s a spot at the foot of a recliner on a 20 year old carpet, and he got it cleaner than expected in the first attempt. It was even better after the second pass. He also made sure to ask if I’d like to inspect all areas to ensure they were cleaned to my satisfaction, which they all were. He politely explained that an invoice would be sent via text, to be followed by this rating/survey request. I am very happy to complete this for both Xavier and Xtreme Cleans. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, including arrival time expectations. We will 100% use Xtreme Cleans again for any services they offer that we need. We tipped Xavier a well earned 20% cash tip. As a real estate agent, I will not hesitate to recommend Xtreme Cleans to clients!
