He was very professional and focused on his work.  He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. I asked him to clean one small area again when he finished all the rooms; he didn’t hesitate to do it. It’s a spot at the foot of a recliner on a 20 year old carpet, and he got it cleaner than expected in the first attempt. It was even better after the second pass. He also made sure to ask if I’d like to inspect all areas to ensure they were cleaned to my satisfaction, which they all were.
