By using our website and scheduling services through Xtream Cleans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Xtream Cleans offers professional house cleaning services throughout the state of Maryland. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Standard cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Recurring maid services
  • Special request services upon approval

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Service Access and Scheduling

Clients can schedule services through our website or by contacting our team directly. We reserve the right to refuse service if a location is unsafe, inaccessible, or does not meet our operational requirements.

4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided at the time of booking or after a consultation. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment must be completed prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a $25 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in service refusal.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Securing pets
  • Communicating special instructions in advance
  • Removing fragile or valuable items prior to service

Xtream Cleans is not liable for items not removed or protected by the client.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will return to resolve the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage or areas not included in the original scope.

8. Damage and Liability

Our team is trained to handle your home with care. However, in the rare event of accidental damage, please report it within 24 hours. Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement up to the amount of the service fee. Xtream Cleans is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items not securely placed

9. Service Refusal

Xtream Cleans reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including but not limited to: unsafe environments, abusive behavior, or repeated policy violations.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is secure with us and will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties, except as required by law. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

Xtream Cleans reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the effective date noted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate court jurisdiction in Maryland.
